Olay have announced a new limited-edition lid developed for “consumers with a wide range of conditions, from dexterity issues and limb differences, to chronic issues causing joint pain and vision impairments.”
So What?
This would be great if the lid were actually available to buy in store or online. Go onto the Olay website and the best you can do is download the design schematic. Great if you’ve got a 3D printer or production facility! Olay aren’t the first to leverage inclusion for brand PR but they’re missing a market worth £274bn in the UK by excluding people with disabilities.
