The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical won best musical theatre album at the Grammys (beating Andrew Lloyd Weber) and the composers have the most adorable TikTok story of how it was created.

Composed and recorded during lockdown, the duo sourced inspiration, input and ideas from their TikTok fanbase. So What? Apart from being a great example of the power of short-form storytelling and social media, across Europe, 97.6% of classical and contemporary classical music performed in the 2015-2018 in Europe was written by men. Shout out to the girls on this one!
